No. But the environment should be set up to use the GDS/hash component
by the plugin managaer (MCA):
export PMIX_MCA_gds=hash
GDS/ds21 is the component that wants to set PTHREAD_PROCESS_SHARED. I
did not test GDS/ds12.
I will work on this as time permits.
