x11/qt5/qttools: broken pkg-config file

Hi.

The Qt5Designer pkg-config file from the x11/qt5/qttools package references a
non existent dependency.

$ pkg-config --libs Qt5Designer
Package Qt5UiPlugin was not found in the pkg-config search path
