[NEW] security/p5-Crypt-OpenSSL-Guess

Here is a patch to create new port security/p5-Crypt-OpenSSL-Guess.
It is required by the update of security/p5-Crypt-OpenSSL-RSA.

It build well and passed all tests on amd64-head system.
