shmux: update to 1.0.3

Changes since 1.0.2 [2008-12-21]:

- Fix clang warnings.
- Fix BROKEN_POLL option on macOS.
- Switch to generic BSD license.
- Default to using -oLogLevel=ERROR with ssh.

Keeps working on amd64.
