[macppc/hppa] Unbreak graphics/opencv

Hi,

OpenCV uses atomic operators, and as such requires extra LDFLAGS on
macppc and hppa.

Once added, it builds fine [0]. REVISION does not need to be bumped, it
never built on these archs.
