- libngspice conflicts with the in-tree ngspice so needs an @conflict ngspice-<=30p0
- why would COMPILER be different for libngspice compared to ngspice?
- simpler to rm in post-install rather than @comment dozens of files
- I think it would be a good idea to structure the ports to make it easier to
keep the two in sync, i.e. arrange as
cad/ngspice/ngspice
cad/ngspice/libngspice
with common parts in cad/ngspice/Makefile.inc
jca@ has been looking at this too (for the same reason, updating kicad)
