RIT is putting up another building right next to mine and so is doing a
"5 hour" power outage Wednesday. I'll be shutting things down starting
at 1pm EST. I should be turning things back on at 8pm EST.
So ftp.usa.openbsd.org (which is also ftp5/ftp3/anoncvs2) will be down
about 7 hours.
