Re: [NEW] net/wiresep

I think this is OK to import.

Normally we aren't reusing old uids, but in this case the port
previously using the id was removed back in 2003 and it was probably
not all that widely installed anyway, so I think it's fine.

(We do need to do something about the forthcoming uid shortage in ports
by adding a new range but every time something is proposed there's an
objection ..)
