Fine by me.
WANTLIB+=lzma zstd will eventually have to propagate to 150 or so
ports, but that shouldn't be an obstacle. The additional build
dependencies aren't a concern, since jpeg's dependency on cmake has
already introduced a considerable burden in this regard.
