[PATCH] www/awstats: disable GeoIP lookups

Hi ports@,

AWStats still uses net/p5-Geo-IP (Perl bindings for net/GeoIP) for
doing GeoIP lookups.

As the functionality isn't really useful with outdated databases, I
propose to disable AWStats' geoip plugin and remove the dependency on
net/p5-Geo-IP.

The following diff does this.
