Well, passing -d to pkg_add ought to work, so it would "just" be an option
to add in make install/update.

(specifically, to SUDO_PKG_ADD_LOCAL)

The only difficult question is: what do we name it ?

INSTALL_DEBUG_PACKAGES ?
