I added a slight tweak to remove gcc-bootstrap as a RUN_DEPENDS for
newlibs. This was inspired by a diff for esp32, which Claudio sent to me
earlier. As he accurately states, "This compiler is only used to
bootstrap newlib since the real compiler depends on newlib."
