[update] sysutils/neofetch 6.1.0 -> 7.0.0

Hi!

Here is an update for neofetch to 7.0.0.

Upstream is under the process of refactoring/debloating the code,
this release brings only a few functional changes [0].

I added an interesting post-release commit [1] i've found, allowing to
report OpenBSD flavors.

I've found no regression on all my machines.
