Maybe a few small tweaks can be made. Leave to you how you want to handle:
1) can we make COMMENT lower case? Maybe just "luna88k emulator"? Might be easier for people to find in ports if anyone is looking for this.
2) "make test" doesn't work here. Should we add NO_TEST to the Makefile?
3) how about a short README showing how to actually run OpenBSD/luna88k?
