NEW: security/py-xxhash part of Ultimaker Cura + dependencies by Evandro Rathke

This is another dependency for Ultimaker Cura. Original port by Evandro
Rathke and tweaks by me.

security/py-xxhash
Python binding for xxHash

All tests pass on amd64. I had to take a nasty approach with a pre-test
target (not sure if I should mention who suggested it xD) for the tests
to pass.

ok to import ?
