I haven't because:
- I assume most of all are unit tests and they would mock requests call
- I'm confident in upstream being serious
- there's -current for that, we're still early in the cycle
- I don't have the time to go through 89 rdeps checking both before and
after updating requests
If people think going through consumers manually is a blocker, that's
fine, I don't mind waiting for someone to volunteer.
