[update] devel/poedit 2.4.1 -> 2.4.2

Hello ports,

Please find attached the update for poedit. The changelog for this
release is:

- Minor improvements to syntax highlighting.
- Improved language and placeholders handling in XLIFF.
- [Windows] Fix issue with running gettext tools on UNC paths.

lightly tested, works here.
