Yup. route -T <table-num> exec <command> works well.

I use it for one my home servers that serves stuff out over a Wireguard
tunnel. There's certain things I don't want going out the tunnel, so I
set up a separate route table to route things via my local Internet
connection, and then run the above command for whatever I need. It works
well, but it's probably not the best solution for my use-case.
