-N Intended to be used when working on new ports.

This is not a new port, the warnings from portcheck -N are incorrect for
an existing port.

SHARED_LIBS versions must never go 'backwards'

Committed to -current. From the changelog I don't see anything that
really makes it a candidate for a -stable update.
