btw sparc64 is the only one of the GCC4_ARCHS that we actually build
packages for, 6.3 was the last release with the others.
Untested but it looks alright on a read through. OK with me. Couple of
small nits, "SEPARATE_BUILD = flavored" hasn't been supported for years,
and missing license marker (I know we all know what it is, but think
it makes sense to include),
