Here is a patch for converters/p5-Convert-ASN1:
i) Update to 0.31
ii) Fix CVE-2013-7488

it build well and pass all tests on amd64-current system.

6 ports depends on it, 4 build well and pass all tests,
databases/p5-ldap has 1 tests failed, but not cause by this patch.
I did not test www/rt.
