ports build cycle

Hey yall!

Excuse the dumb question, but I couldn't find any info on the ports build cycle. When
looking at the ports, I can see eg rspamd in v3 (released two weeks ago), but when
using pkg_info -Q, I only see v2.7.

So: when are new port versions build as binary and available through pkg_add?
