I remember seeing that it needs C11, but forgot to adjust the COMPILER
when reviewing the port, sorry. I'll be more careful in the future.
I think that adding a comment `# C11' before the COMPILER line won't be
a bad idea, so that we don't forget in the future, but I'm fine either
the way.
