LLVM 13 ports build failures (2021-12-06)

Here are the results from the latest amd64 bulk build with base
clang updated to LLVM 13.

devel/qbs ./qbs segfault
emulators/nono -Werror,-Wunused-but-set-variable
games/eduke32 LLVM ERROR: out of memory
games/nblood LLVM ERROR: out of memory
geo/qgis C++: no matching constructor
lang/gambit killed: build stuck for 60mn
lang/libv8 ./mksnapshot segfault
misc/posixtestsuite packaging: *.test does not exist
security/encfs C++: no matching constructor

There are only very few further ports that are blocked by these
failures.
