Hi, ports@:

Here is a simple patch for textproc/p5-PPI to update
to 1.271. It build well and pass all tests on OpenBSD-current
amd64 system.

There are 7 ports depend on it. All build well and pass all
tests on OpenBSD-current amd64 system.
