weird usb behavior on OpenBSD 7.0 with 18d1:0001 Obreey , PB1040

Hello !

I've got a problem with obsd-7.0 on thinkpad t480. When I connect a
pocketbook (through usb c to a cable)
the system ignores all usb ports interactions (attach, detach, etc).
Thunderbolt controller is disabled in bios.

Could someone give me a clue where to look ?
