HSE will now lead the investigation. The criminal inquiry will determine if any breaches under the Health and Safety at Work Act have occurred. 20 June 2022 A warehouse owner has been fined £96,000 after a roofing contractor employee fell approximately 30 feet through a glass skylight, resulting in life-changing injuries. 14 June 2022 A dismantling and demolition company has been fined after a worker fell 30 feet to his death when part of a pipe bridge platform gave way. 13 June 2022 A manufacturing company, and its director, have been fined after an employee sustained life-changing injuries when his arms became trapped in a cement mixer. | | | | |
