So libdigidocpp's CMakeLists.txt does
find_package(MiniZip QUIET)
if(UNIX AND NOT APPLE)
find_package(PkgConfig)
pkg_check_modules(MINIZIP minizip IMPORTED_TARGET)
endif()
which means we can force skip minizip-config.cmake and rely on
pkg-config with `CMAKE_DISABLE_FIND_PACKAGE_MiniZip=ON`.
