I think MESSAGE + current.html should be good enough.

Tested this update (kquickimageeditor,libquotient,neochat) on arm64,
emoji input panel seems to be broken (blank panel, no icons to select
from) but otherwise looks good to me.

(and is it just me or the UI of neochat is much less responsive than other Qt
applicatons? it takes ~3sec to register a click)
