[new] www/workflow-0.10.2 - c++ parallel computing and asynchronous web server engine

Hi,
I've attached a port for www/workflow-0.10.2 - https://github.com/sogou/workflow

It's a pretty nifty library, with a lot of features. Copying DESCR -

> a robust C++11 API along with feature rich primitives:

> - building micro-service and RPC architectures, with load
> balancing and service governance

All tests are passing, removed mysql/redis tests from suite as they need running servers.

Uses c++11 so I've set compile to base clang and ports gcc.
