Yeah, previously I had tried that, but found it didn't have much
effect in my situation. It is supposed to take effect when in state
`SESSION` from what I can see in the sources, so presumably is
triggered when an incoming `PADS` frame is received.
I'm receiving lots of unsolicited `PADO`s, maybe that's a naïve attempt
to re-start the connection, layer 2 frame replay or a misconfiguration
of the PPPoE concentrators/network.
I can certainly give this option a try, but it doesn't seem to treat
the symptom I'm witnessing.
