DESCR says "currently supports the following..services" but is missing
the list of services.

maybe use V=0.5.1 and reuse it? doesn't really matter though.

PERMIT_DISTFILES isn't needed here

(or https://マリウス.com/projects/planor/ but ports doesn't have IDN support ;)
