NEW: net/accounts-sso/{gsignond,signond,libaccounts-glib,libaccounts-qt}

Hi porters,

I would like to import signond libaccounts-qt (QT) and libaccounts-glib
gsignond (GLib).

libaccounts-glib - (there is a libaccounts-qt binding) to manage
accounts and associate services with various providers.

libsignon-glib - (there is a libsignon-qt counterpart) to manage account
credentials and authenticate against services.

signond - written in C++ with Qt

gsignond - written in C with GLib

You can find alle "Accounts SSO" ports in net/accounts-sso. To me it
makes sense since accounts-sso ports share the same information.

I add a conflict between gsignond and signond becouse both install
share/dbus-1/services/com.google.code.AccountsSSO.SingleSignOn.service
Can we make this nicer somehow or say Qt or GLib there is nothing in
between? :)
