proposal to import StyLua v0.16.0 as devel/stylua
StyLua (https://github.com/JohnnyMorganz/StyLua) is an opinionated code
formatter for Lua 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and Luau, built using full-moon (a
lossless Lua parser written in Rust).
Build and tests OK on amd64. Tests of the tool with Lua 5.1 -> 5.4 code.
Comments welcome and please commit if OK.
