That would be nice, not just for xz.
Not sure where, but there were a few occasions where I could've used
EXTRACT_ARGS to pass special flags.
That'd go nicely with the existing EXTRACT_FILES.
Oh... maybe I wanted EXTRACT_ARGS to rewrite files during extract with
tar(1) -s -- I think that was it.
