harfbuzz issue upgrading packages

Hello Everybody,

$ curl
https://cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/snapshots/packages/amd64/|grep
'^harfbuzz'
[No output]

and as we all know it is a dependency for nearly everything
running on a typical workstation.
What gives?
