Builds and tests OK for me on -current amd64 at least (I don't have a
-stable to test on). Haven't used 2.48.0 extensively yet, but
openbsd.i2p loads and works just fine.

Would be happy to see 2.48.0 in the ports tree. I'd adjust one small
thing, which is to move the stray @static-lib in PLIST so that it's with
the rest of them. Here's an updated diff with that change included.
