New dependency for upcoming audio/spotify-qt (will send soon).
It is a single binary which -in the new Qt player's case- gets started
and stopped transparently once set up like that.
Afaict, existing audio/ncspot already librespot, but as built-in crate.
I'm not sure how this integration works, but it doesn't conflict with
having /usr/local/bin/librespot around. Whether ncspot could or should
use the dedicated librespot port, I don't know -- maintainer Cc'ed.
