Here is the revised patch for typst:
i) Generate crates LICENSE.
ii) Remove rust-ring from BUILD_DEPENDS
iii) Add NOT_FOR_ARCHS = sparc64
iv) Add NO_TEST

Correct.

ring 0.17 added support powerpc64 and riscv64, so this only needs

# ring-v0.17 does not support this arch
NOT_FOR_ARCHS = sparc64


Should I do something like this for rust-ring (with REVISION bump
of course)?
