I built lang/ruby/3.3 on powerpc and powerpc64. I played in irb33.
I didn't run "make test". I built devel/ruby-ffi,ruby33 on both
platforms. Port is good.
I found only one problem, which I will report upstream (unless
someone else reported it): "show_doc" in irb glitches Reline, because
Ruby 3.3 removed Readline and aliased it to Reline, so show_doc's
Readline now conflicts with irb's Reline.
