Having low charge cycles is good, that isn't the issue. Having a charge

cycle of 5 means the battery has only been discharged and recharged 5

times, this means it *should* be in good health.

I meant to clarify: I have had the battery for over a year and I'm not sure why the cycles reset to 5. I am puzzled by it.
