If this is a fresh installation, you'll usually want to reboot and check that everything
went smoothly anyway. If you've already lost the passphrase at the end of the install
process then at that point you'd need to re-install anyway for a usable system, so
rebooting to check that you have the correct passphrase is not really an extra burden.
