There's not a lot of precedence for node-based ports, but I'd feel better if

rm -rf ${WRKSRC}/node_modules/.bin
rm -rf ${WRKSRC}/node_modules/**/.bin
before installing. Also I think it needs sqlite3 as an RDEP?
