Remove multimedia/kguitar

Hi Pascal, Hi ports@,

I would like to get rid of some upstream dead ports. First of all
I see that kguitar looks pretty dead upstream. Last commit 2017
and we are the last package vendor in the open source ecosystem.

If there is a veto and we want to keep kguitar, I strongly recommend
to disable docs so we can remove kdelibs4support, which is my intention.

Looking forward to your opinions.
