If you meant updating a computer with OpenBSD on it? I think that it's safe to
say that OpenBSD can be updated remotely and run 24/7/365 with 0
interventions.
Now the problem arises when you have FDE and have to enter a disk encryption
password.
For this you can have another computer and have it connect to the targeted
computer (next to it) via a serial connection or something like that, which hen
enters the password instead of you physically typing it.
There was a conversation had on this not too long ago.
So it seems to be definitely possible.
Then you can have the 2 computers inter-upgrade themselves.
What do I mean? I mean that the 1st computer can upgrade the 2nd computer, and
when that finishes, the 2nd computer can upgrade the 1st computer.
This is necessary only if you have a full-disk-encryption setup, of course.
I would like to be corrected if I made a mistake here.
Search for a discussion via a search engine, perhaps the "site:marc.info"
engine prefix will help you.
Exactly 20 seconds later I think I found the thread(s).

I am always up for conversing as long as you meet these requirements:
1. Use PGP encryption for all data shared,
2. Use a open source operating system, NOT Windows, NOT MacOS,
3. Have a open mind - are ready to let go of any and all imperfect views on
anything, if they are.
