I can't check this a the moment, but I' sure the issue is shown in the last two lines of the output:
debug1: Connecting to saboua.xyz port 22.
ssh: connect to host saboua.xyz port 22: Operation timed out
that is one of the machines has connection issues.
The message about $SSH_SK_PROVIDER happens before the connectin attempt is made.
