hmm, that still fails the same way ("fatal error: 'libssh2.h' file not
found" in libgit2/src/libgit2/transports/ssh_libssh2.c:12:10:; it doesn't
use -I/usr/local/include in the compiler command).
still, it does fix some other failures compared to the in-tree version
of pkgconf.
