update for textproc/mdbook to the latest version 0.4.45

- update Makefile, distinfo and modules.inc (better to be renamed crates.inc)
- update pkg/PLIST with new files
Build and tests OK on current/amd64 with Rust 1.84.1
Tests welcome and please commit if OK.
