Could Qt be dropped until fixed for mkvtoolnix?

Hi,

I see that mkvtoolnix is broken for a while now and based on the broken
marker:

BROKEN= fail to configure: fatal error: 'QtCore' file not found

would it be possible to disable Qt and keep just the command line tools
in the package, for the time being?
