That's for the mailing list,
$ man alpine | grep -B1 https
Mailing List:
Alpine-info, at https://www.washington.edu/alpine/alpine-info/
which seems to be no more. There's no mailing list at
https://alpineapp.email/.
I suggest reporting upstream as this will be affecting everyone not
just OpenBSD users.
